Progress seems SO SLOW on the Hotel development. Original hold up was foundation problems.
Now just seems to sit there as a piece of modern art.

The tourists have arrived for the World Cup Quarterfinals and at least one Hutt business is reaping the benefits. Campervans parked outside ground as it is filled to capacity.
